Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the good location.
Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes upon entry to the room. Pool was supposed to open at 7 am. Door was locked, so I asked for it to be opened. Checked 10 minutes later, asked again. Checked again 15 minutes later then gave up. Stayed in room 182 but initially couldn't get a replacement key because the computer had me as in a different room. Took some convincing before I was issued a key. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't stay here again.
Walls are paper thin. Noisy adjoining guests very late and outdoors too.
Good value for your money, breakfast was AMAZING! Staff is very nice, room was a bit musty. Location is ok.

It was a good staying in to next door people start making loud noise out of room and inside room. Late nite and early in the morning. I left room before my check out.

Only drawback was the breakfast offerings. There was no fruit available, and no oatmeal or topping as there was in the past.
It was an easy check in. Property is awful. Dirty, smelly, worn out. Beds are terribly hard. The woman who checked us in didn’t ask for an ID, so I could’ve been anyone. An unbecoming property.
Good area. Great staff! Great places to eat around the hotel. Had a nice quiet time .
We checked in at 10:00 PM right after my brother-in-law, who has the same last name. the staff checking us in didn’t check anyone’s names and got our rooms mixed up, giving me a room with one king bed when I had four people standing right in front of her. I called the front desk before realizing that my BIL had gotten our room (he requested a king but was given two queens). So I called the front desk again to say that we figured it out and we switched rooms. Then at 11:30 PM the front desk called and woke up my entire family, to ask what room my brother in law was in. Ummm, hello??? He’s in the other room, the one that you wrongly gave me. Ridiculous. The property is very outdated. Breakfast was adequate with waffles and lots of juice, but very dry eggs. For the price it was acceptable as there are no great options in the area, but I am still miffed that the front desk gave us the wrong rooms and then woke us up after we told them that we took care of it ourselves.
