Very respectful customer service

They need an airport shuttle. I will stay at a more expensive place next time if I don't have to Uber or taxi to and from the airport.

Always quality service, property is in good condition. Could have done without the maid knocking on the door at 8am Sunday morning but that was minor.

My husband and I ordered from the bistro. He had the avocado toast, and I had the breakfast tots. Both were delicious. We only stayed 1 night, but everything was great. We slept very comfortably and woke refreshed. We’ll definitely be staying again, when visiting.

Room service was not available. We called the front desk to be transferred to the bistro to place our breakfast order. The call was bounced back to the front desk. I explained to the young man I wanted to place an order for breakfast and he offered to take the order for me and walk over to the bistro and put the order in. He stated the order would be ready in 10 mins. I sent my husband down to the bistro to pick up our food and the bistro said they did receive an order. It wasn’t the end of the day, but I expected the young man to do what he said. It was a little disappointing.

The property is beautiful and my room was very comfortable. My stay was for three nights. I was quite surprised to learn that during my stay there would be no housekeeping. On the third day I had to track down someone from housekeeping to give me a trash bag to empty my wastebaskets. Because of university activities, downtown restaurants were crowded. My small group ordered through door dash. Our plan was to order drinks from the bar with our dinner, but were told we could not eat in the lounge.
