"Gross and disappointing"

Gross! We had bugs in our bed, the water in the shower was freezing and the walls were dirty! I slept with my sweatshirt over my head.

"Bad stay"

Nothing and complaining doesn't help staff says they will handle the situation but they dont

People allowed to be noisy all night. Men trying to pick up teenagers and take them to the bar. Human trafficking is bad and this should not be allowed. Let staff know and nothing was done about the noise or the men.

"Don't stay here"

Very noisy with people screaming and running the hallways until 4am. Complained as was told they would handle it. That never happened.

The fact that 2 men tried to pick up 2 teenagers and get them to drink with them. Also let manager know and nothing was done
