Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen

Dans la norme pour ce genre d'établissement.

Extremely luxurious hotel with huge facilities - spa, pool, terraces for breakfast and drinks, lounges, large rooms and marble bathrooms. It did however feel a little sterile and lacked soul. Maybe because I was on my own on a Sunday-Tuesday so very quiet. Breakfast was fabulous and I loved being able to eat outside with a park view.

Parking is 20 euros per day. They could do with some more activity.. drinks in the foyer, ambient music, flowers to make it feel less lonely and like a bank vault. The location is OK but no cafes or shop in immediate vicinity. The room was lovely and luxuriously furnished but If I’m being picky they could upgrade the beds. Mine was a King but quite lumpy and I think past use-by date.

I asked the invoice for my stay and parking fee many times and even through booking.com, yet I never get any response. It's too terrible.

Very upmarket hotel - grand reception area. We had a nice big room with large bathroom and air conditioning. We were hoping to park on site but the parking was full. However there was a nearby underground car park (very secure, with security cameras) that was much cheaper than the hotel, and only 2-3 minutes walk. About 10 minutes walk into the centre of town. Great breakfast.

Would have liked to park on site.

Das Frühstück ist perfekt, von frischem Obst über die verschiedenen Kaffee- und Teegetränke, dem reichhaltigen Buffett bis zum Koch der direkt vor Ort die verschiedenen Omelett zubereitet. Die Bar überzeugt nicht nur mit ihrer hervorragenden Weinauswahl sondern auch mit der Cocktailkarte.

Für mich gab es nichts zu beanstanden
