Hyatt Regency Toronto

Fabulous hotel and will return! Hit the mark on service, location and food!! The staff we encountered were all incredibly helpful, breakfast was outstanding for service and the quality of the breakfast!! My only tiny complaint is that I hate hotels that have frosted glass on the bathroom doors as I often don't sleep well and will go read my book in the bathroom to avoid waking my family. That's not the hotels problem though but thought I would mention it in case anyone else struggles with insomnia!! I will defiantly be staying here for all my future trips to Toronto :)

This hotel was hard to locate for someone not familiar with DT Toronto. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were like bricks. There was a decent sized semi-circle window in our room that had no blind or curtain. It was meant to be decorative for sure but it was annoying knowing that the buildings across the way could look right into our room and the brightness of morning greeted us way too early...

Such a pleasant experience. The room was much better than expected. The Staff were top-tier. I couldn't have wanted for better. I will not only stay again, but this hotel will be my preferred choice from now on.

Great location and fabulous service from check in to check out. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the staff were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again!

Great hotel location and amenities. Restaurants and stores close by, streetcar right in front, attractions within walking distance.
