"Under renovation - should be closed!"

Under renovation - elevators not working - not secure ! Make sure to see if complete or do not stay! The hotel should not be open right now! Restaurant also closed - Not sure why IHG even allows you to book at this property. Hot water was inconsistent - an overall poor experience

"Great getaway in Charlotte"

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a great stay. Very clean, staff beyond courteous, breakfast items were good. The only issue I saw was the lock on our room door wouldnt lock all the way. We tried pushing and pulling but the lock still wouldn’t go all the way in the hole. But we made it work. I brought portable stand in lock from home (I’m paranoid and bring it to every hotel). But I still felt safe. I would come back

"Friendly staff, but the room was dumpy and the price was way too high for what you get."

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was just kind of dumpy. The bathtub filled halfway up during a normal length shower. The A/C rattled loudly. The TV wouldn't turn off (I assume the batteries in the remote we just dead/dying). The beds were like sleeping on sheet covered plywood.
