"Was in town to meet friends for the Batson Race."

Breakfast was good. We hung out in the lobby with some friends a couple nights. Robert was very friendly and helpful.

They need to have Coke in the refreshment section. Muffins that are not gluten free. Have both.

We had two rooms and neither was cleaned. They were terrible actually. I sent a letter to the General manager and called 4 times . No response . He doesn’t care obviously. This hotel is not the norm for Marriott as my experience long term has been excellent.

"Bad management and lack of cleanliness"

The general manager, James, is very unprofessional and the rooms are dirty and filthy. Housekeeping is doing a terrible job dusting and cleaning the floors. The tv color is bad for your eyes. This hotel does not meet the Marriott standards.

"Overall great just disappointed with restroom"

Check in was easy. Front desk staff was wonderful

The bathroom was not properly cleaned or sanitized. Went to take a shower & it's long strings of hair all in the shower and on side of the door, door handle, and wall of the bathroom. A uncleaned/unsanitary bathroom will ruin a whole experience. Made me not wanna shower due to trying to remove somebody else hair
