"Room was dirty with plumbing issues with staff that was apologetic but didn’t make it right."

The hotel is very close to the airport.

Very hard to find a parking spot. The sheets were not clean, the sink was very slow to drain, the toilet barely flushed and ran throughout the night.

"This hotel offers great accommodations for the price."

Great breakfast and wonderful price. We stayed here when we went to a game at Great American Ball park. It took about twenty minutes to drive to Newport and park for the game.

Parking was an issue. We had to end up parking at another hotel and walking because the parking lot was full. People were making their own spots.

Breakfast was delicious staff was great Both agents at front desk and restaurant were super nice

The van driver was super nice but 4 some reason it took almost an hour once I landed for the van to come but maybe there were a lot of cancelled or delayed flight But he was very kind !!!!
