Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport by IHG

I like the convenience to the airport. The lobby was beautiful.

The room was not clean. The plug plugs in the nightstand nightstand were not working so when I pulled it out to see if it was plugged in, there was all kinds of trash and dust behind it. The surface of the chest underneath the TV was sticky. There was also dirt on the floor beside the front door.

the bed was comfortable

the shower wasnt clean & the sink didn't drain, honestly one of my worst experiences at a hotel it was disgusting & nothing was done about it. one of the vending machines didn't work nor were they full.

I liked the room/suite so the kids could stay in one room and adults could stay/sleep in another room without disturbing each other

The swimming pool was very cold and so was the room it was in It was not enjoyable

I was given a double bed room no wifi from an old TV the couch was worn and raggedy. Ive stayed here before and had a new room. I paid almost 600 dollars to stay for 4 night a this room wasn't worth a dime. Im very dissatisfied with this stay

Location is perfect

Trash behind the TV, room was over scented with air fresheners, no parking. We had to park along the curb. No noise barriers. We could hear the neighbors. Towels smelled like sour milk. Outlets in the room did not work
