Red Roof Inn Knoxville Central – Papermill Road

The man at the front desk was very kind and professional. The bed was quite comfortable with good pillows and the TV worked perfectly. When we left, the housekeeping staff were also very kind and wished us a good day.

It was interesting to have wood paneling for flooring instead of carpet. With the cool air on and the heat outside, the floor developed a moist texture that caused us to leave footprints when we walked around. Would not recommend being barefoot in these conditions.

It was just coffee; they don't do "breakfast", but it was very good coffee.

For our trip this was sufficient.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good value for money.

A little distance outside of town so we had to get Ubers, no breakfast, we couldn't leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out.

I didn’t like it. Haven’t even gotten my deposit back yet and it’s been 3 days now.

Leaving

VERY dirty room and common areas of hotel, moldy smelling hallways, insects and sheds of skin, hair in bed with wrinkled sheets that didn’t appear to have been changed. Hard beds. Dirty, stained and tattered towels with multiples having pubic hair or other hair in them. Tiny, old tattered towels.

I like the bed and the 3rd floor feel. It was pretty good we will be back
