La ubicación.

Tenía un vuelo temprano y pedí una llamada de despertador y me llamaron 30 min tarde. tuve que salir corriendo. No pude documentar y estuve a punto de perder el vuelo. Me hubiera metido en un problema serio si lo pierdo. Lo peor fue la reacción del personal en recepción. En lugar de ofrecer una disculpa, insistieron todo a la defensiva en que el servicio se había dado correctamente. Qué mal que te gaslighteen en lugar de asumir la responsabilidad, y además con actitud. La alberca tenía una capa de mugre muy rara, las sábanas rasposas, la tele no sirve bien, etc. No recomiendo este hotel, mucho menos para viajes de trabajo. Está claro que no les importan los clientes.
