Bed has cigarette burns all in the sheets , the walls were nasty and the over all experience was horrible. The floors had and toilets were nasty I couldn’t even use the rest room .

There is nothing to like they are VERY Rude ! Charged an unknown fee that was not listed in the app. Would not offer refund even after they told us we can’t get the room we paid for without the unknown deposit! It was freezing cold . I had a 6month old child in the freezing cold because the refused to give us our room after we acknowledged and mentioned that no deposit payment was seen listed within the app. She locked us out of the lobby so we had no choice but to stand in the cold.
