The room was dirty the toilet was dirty it felt nasty

It was I a convenient location. The check in staff was wonderful and friendly. We were able to do an early check in with the impending weather.

Pool was not heated. The rooms were supposed to have been remodeled within the last 6 months but the bathroom was dirty, the carpets look old and worn. The heat/ ac fan was loud and clunky. We were in a double queen room however there was only enough towels and washcloths for 2 people. No coffee and $13 for a mediocre breakfast. The night staff was not particularly nice and seemed uninterested in helping when my husband asked a question about towels and the room. The entire 3rd floor smelled heavily of marijuana.

Location with large parking lot for trucks.

This place needs help. Looking run down. Shower neck in my bathroom was loose and moving around in the wall. Could see multiple repairs made that were never really completed like paint needed on wall and door repairs. I got charged 3 different times for my room and it was on my personal credit card rather than my business card, like I specified in the pre check in. No one got back to me about it either when I called to get the charges straightened out. The furnace in my room sounded like a jet engine when it came on. Kept me awake. Overall a very disappointing experience. I’ve stayed here several times for work but I think I’ll be seeking an alternative. This hotel is going downhill. On a positive note…the food is great!
