"Best value resort in Palm Springs!"

This was my third (and best!) time staying at Palm Mountain Resort. I really don’t think you can beat it in terms of amenities, guest rooms, and cost. You’re just off the main road, so you’re walking distance to everything, yet it’s nice and quiet. Perfect location! The pool has a really fun vibe—they play good music (it’s not too loud and not too quiet), and it’s spacious enough for guests to enjoy themselves. Check-in was a breeze, was even able to get into my room a few hours early on a Friday afternoon. Can’t wait to come back!

"Spectacular - cannot wait to come back !!"

The staff was amazing from Check in until check out . They followed up through out our stay and made sure we were happy and did not need anything . The property was clean and comfortable . Great location! Great relaxing vibe ! Resort is Pet Friendly and even greeted us with a Doggy Welcome Bag .❤️ Upper management was easily accessible and visible around property daily . I found that refreshing .

SOMETHING VERY SHADY GOING ON. maybe they're going out of business? they are not honoring the offer they advertised on travelzoo - https://www.travelzoo.com/destinations/GreaterPalmSprings/?ec=0&dlinkId=3258210&scrollto=3259623. the link takes you directly to their website to book (not a voucher or book thru travelzoo). they are also not honoring the promo they posted on greater palm springs website. SUPER RUDE ERICA AND MITCH at the front desk. seems they are covering up what's going on. where is the owner patty d? complaints have been filed with travelzoo, palm springs website, chamber of commerce and anything else i can find. STAY AWAY!

Good location, close to everything and walking into town and could still see the mountains from certain angles which was pretty.

The pool is not that large and it was extremely crowded. Yes, given it was a holiday weekend, but we were so turned off of how many people were inside the pool and children. We couldn’t enjoy the pool the first of the two days.
