Beautiful property - very nice landscaping. Really lovely pool area very comfortable to spend the day. Couldn’t be in a better location.

Very nitpicky, but the floors in the room could have been a little cleaner. And the body wash in the shower smells very strong of men’s cologne. Not for everyone.

Hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The room as fairly clean. The shower made a huge noise when showering, I guess the valve was defective. Pool area was dirty and concrete floor sticky.

Walk everywhere from here! Best hotel in downtown Palm Springs. Pet friendly, clean, quiet, newly renovated. No bar on site but there is a stocked food pantry! So BYOB to the pool!
