Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

The staff was great !

Again staff members were great ! I didn’t like not getting bath towels needed for hours after requesting. I really think they were all being laundered. I think staff for them to us as soon as they could.

This was our third visit to the property, we love the location and the beach.

there either needs to be a larger pool or another pool, We weren't able to get chairs. its too small for the property

The view from our beach front room was amazing! The hotel is in such a great location we walked everywhere never needed a car for anything! I love that the hotel has their own Tiki bar on the beach and we got to eat right on the beach! The staff at the pool were the best! They were always smiling and so nice too! They deserve many praises working so hard in the heat taking care of everyone all day! And as a Hilton Awards member i have stayed here twice now and asked for early check in and both times we were able to check in early and get started on our beach vacation that is why I will stay at a Hilton they go above & beyond to accommodate you-And I really appreciate it too! Great vacation!!!

The only thing I didnt like was the carpet in our room is very old and was dirty/grungy looking it needs replaced! And we didnt have a Microwave in our room. Would like a microwave in our room. other than that everything was really great!

Poolside and location

Rooms Dirty Carpet stained red Bedside lamp old brown stuff inside lamp Bed pillows to soft asked for more firm pillows and got the same thing Had to ask for coffee , stir sticks,cups 2 times and tp where house keeping missed Rooms never got cleaned until 2-4 pm and had to remind Front Desk

Location

Poor quality, old facility that was way overpriced. I booked the suite and the room had old furniture with stitches and dents all over. The cabinets don't even close properly and they hang out there which was a problem as that is not safe for kids. You would expect something much better from Hilton group but this one needs lots of renovations and maintenance.

Dillon was amazing at the pool! Always checking on us to make sure the kids were good and we were set with food and drinks. He made our pool side day so worth it! Service was quick too! He may have been running all around but he’s dedicated to his job and it shows! Thank you Dillon!
