The staff and how accommodating and quick they were to address concerns. Complimentary drinks and snacks for booking a king suite.

Our room was extremely outdated and felt dirty, it was also missing a mini fridge so we ended up paying extra to move rooms. The new room was much better and updated but still did not feel the cleanest.

We went to the Chateau Lacombe for our 55 Wedding Anniversary! We had dinner at the top...Laronde Resturant and stayed over night at the Hotel. They were wonderful! our room was outstanding. Mei did a beautiful decoration of towel art and rose peddles. I would highly recommend to stay here!
