I’m not sure if the carpet in my room was just cleaned but when I entered the room they were a little wet/damp and kind of gave me a sticky feeling. I walked around my hotel room with my shoes on. I had no other problems or concerns. The room itself was clean and the hotel was nice as always. I didn’t check out any amenities.

The mattress was absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE. A huge hole/dent from wear and tear. The pool was also out of order, one reason why we chose this place. Also on booking it shows that they have sofa beds available in the king suites but that’s false. Our room didn’t have one and when I asked the staff about it I was told “they don’t offer sofa beds at all” but yet they advertise that they do and charge a little extra for.
