The staff were incredibly friendly, and the continental breakfast had decent options.

We had to switch rooms because the first one had stained sheets (yikes!), and the second one had a bathroom door that refused to close properly. The rooms felt outdated, and the AC unit sounded like a mini jet engine. The beds? Let's just say they were more lumpy than comfy.

Maybe I received an unlucky room but both of the beds in my room were absolutely awful; Squishy soft, like a springy kids mattress made in the 70's. I almost slept on the floor for my second night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Despite my poor review for 'comfort', the staff was incredibly nice and the location is perfect for exploring Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

the pool was warm! last few I have been in as been so cold you can't enjoy! breakfast was good! staff was exceptionally friendly! all acted professional!

Everything was clean but the room was worn out. The entire hotel is in need of updating. Bathroom was small compared to other hotels and shower door leaked. We stayed one night and would do it again.
