Shuttle took 45 minutes had to call twice Warned off restaurant by another customer ate at bar the pizza was not home made and barely eatable Your breakfast was discussing who has left over chicken nuggets and fries no fruit , cream of wheat was ice cold , no coffee made at 8, no breakfast meat no yogurt worse fir such a brand name hotel we were so disappointed

Staff was less than friendly especially at the Italian restaurant. I called for room service and was told I would have to order in the restaurant. Why offer room service? Had to pay before the food came and the food was not good. Ate it anyway, sad.
