"Met expectations. Good price."

For a budget motel, it met and exceeded expectations. Was it amazing ? No, of course not, but compared to the other hotel’s prices, I was happy. It had a fridge, and everything I used worked. Felt safe and hotel was reasonably quiet.

My advice to the hotel owners is to transition from carpet to laminate floors. Only had decaf coffee ☕️ n premises

"My go to hotel for Denton"

I have stayed here many times. I came up for my daughter’s college graduation. Once again I was pleased. The room was great and provided a nice sized refrigerator and a coffee pot! I’ll be back to stay next time I’m in Denton.

"Pretty cost effective for a solo traveler who needed a roomy place to stay for a few nights."

The area is nice and quiet and just a little bit away from the noise and major traffic of the town. You’re only about a 5 drive away from anything you need. Simple accommodations with no frills and a great rate.

The property is older and may be in need of an upgrade but that isn’t to detract from the value of the stay.
