Cleaniness - When we reached in the bedroom, there were hairs on the bedsheet and the mattress quality was not good at all.

As a frequent Marriott and PC guest, I decided to try Marriott’s spa on 18 June for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, there was no one at reception. When a staff member finally appeared, she initially dismissed me without checking my booking and was rude when I asked about a waiting area. My 9:00 PM appointment started late, and the overall service felt disorganized. Before the session began, I specifically requested that the massage start from the front because I had just finished a heavy gym workout. The therapist refused and insisted on following her usual routine. I also asked her to focus on certain areas, but those requests were largely ignored. The treatment room was next to the pool, making it impossible to relax due to constant noise from children, guests, and staff conversations. To make matters worse, the shower area was poorly maintained. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, the floor was wet and slippery, and the shower offered little privacy as people passing by could easily see inside. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into a frustrating one. Spending PKR 13,000 for such poor service was a complete waste. I am not looking for compensation, but I sincerely hope Marriott addresses these issues and improves its spa facilities and customer service.

The pools great with lots of floats and toys. Also, the staff is amazing! Mustafa is always there making sure we have the best time possible. The man will hand you a water gun when you want it lol

Just one cooment…room was too cold..i tried many time to set temp at 24-25 but it reverted to 19…something wrong with central cooling system

Everything just they don't have bars like islamabad ones

It’s location is center of the city and financial hub is in close proximity

They cancelled my booking even before checkin.
