The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The disco 'Cassidy' was fun.

First 4 days no hot, nor warm water to shower me with. Maintenance looked at it, without success. Eventually manager informed room too far from boiler. Poor Breakfast, little variety. Paper-walls. Worn-out. Only one laundry-machine for all guests.

The staff was amazing 🤩 and it was so easy to book online and check in!!! The location was amazing 🤩 it was in a good neighborhood and we felt safe! We had come to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday 🎂 at the stockyards and this hotel was in just the right location! Close enough but not close enough for the traffic to be an issue which was amazing! We had the best time ever!

I loved walking in from the front because it felt personal and it’s a beautiful environment! The lobby is beautiful with a fountain and seating and dining room with a full bar off the lobby, but there isn’t much parking in the front by that door so we had to park around back which was closer to my room but I didn’t get to experience the front as much as I wanted.
