Suites At Sea II

The flat (Penthouse) we stayed in had 2 floors, and the roof terrace was superb. We could enjoy the sun all day. The terrace on the lower floor was very nice in the morning, and the sun beds were comfortable. The flat was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and it was cleaned again half way into our stay. The TV had connection for a chromecast, so we could watch whatever we wanted, when we wanted. There was even a TV in the upstairs bedroom. The lovely host had supplied us with cold white wine at arrival; thanks a lot :) we loved it! We also loved the private parking in the back yard, the lift to the apartment

We knew about the work on the next door building, as the host had supplied us with information on the build. It was not to bad, and it will not keep us from going back. The last few days there were som issues with the electricity for the kitchen and we did not have hot water, and we could not cook our own meals. The host was about to get it fixed when we had to return home.

Building 6 days of the week ongoing with alarm when using crane. School just in front very noisy, not our place.

Great stay at Suites at sea. Lovely and clean well equipped apartment, 2 min walk to beach and near bars/restaurants etc. 2 supermarkets within 5-10 min walk away. Apartment had full size fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washer . Hairdryer in bathroom. The only niggle is that the building work does spoil the sea view and was occasionally noisy some mornings, but not enough to be a problem. Free parking in car park underneath apartments

Well equipped, clean and spacious- 5 min walk to beach and beachfront where there are restaurants and bars, 2 supermarkets within 5-10 min walk. Air conditioning was very welcome. Staff friendly

building work did occasionally cause noise (and building blocks sea view) also would have liked some light weight curtains in bedroom- shutter was fine but didn’t want down in day as made room dark but no privacy when up.

The location the apartment and the whole area in general and the apartment looked absolutely brand new.

Just one small thing we are used to having somewhere secure for or passports and cash and that is my only issue.

The apartment is modern and well equipped. All the shops are within walking distance and so are the various beaches of Villajoyosa. All in all very happy having stayed here.

There was nothing to dislike.
