Wifi did not work for all 4 days I was there. Reported it everyday and all I got was excuses, I will not stay there again.

"Unexplained hidden fee's"

What I liked was it was affordable.

What I did not like is that the front desk kept my deposit of 50 dollars. I reserved the room through booking .com and for 2 days . Then on the last day before checking out I reserved the room again for one more night . So I added one more day to my stay . No where on there web site dose it say that a person has to be present . An further more it never said that a person will be charged 20$ an hour after the check time has passed. If an individual is not present at the time of check in . Long story short I was told that I would get my deposit sent back to me . And has not arrived yet. Times are tuff I get it but why take someone's money. If the turmes of the money being taken is not explained to the individual as they are checking in. I feel sick . I need to eat and that 50 deposit would buy me food . Saturday October 25 2025

The way the hotel smelled and the front desk had the worst customer service ever, I’ve been staying in hotels for 25 years.
