It smelled in the room. It was not clean. The men staying there were loud outside until very late! The employees are liars! Booking.com is in with the hotel. They didn’t uphold the insurance I bought!

Very professional staff and a safe location. See you next September 2026.

Great check in. The morning clerk was too busy on his cell phone at checkout. Very discourteous

The bed was comfortable, there was nothing wrong with the breakfast, it was just OK

The microwave and one of the lamps did not work, the phone did not work (I could hear the caller but they could not hear me), the first floor ice machine did not work. We got lost returning to the hotel, I called for directions, was told the clerk was checking in guests and to call back in a few minutes. When I called back I got the same message so I left my phone number and asked for a return call which I never received. We were parked in a well lit empty parking lost, fortunately a passing truck driven by a wife and husband stopped to offer help. We were just a few miles away from the hotel, we just did not know how to get there, the couple drove us to the hotel and were very helpful. The lack of a call back is very poor customer service.
