"The friendly staff could not save how much TLC this hotel needs."

The least you can do when your hotel is clearly in need of a lot of TLC is to have comfortable beds, which they don’t. The place is in serious need of an upgrade, I am honestly very surprised that the Radisson group put their name to this hotel.

"Cozy nice stay"

Very helpful and nice staff. Responsive to our requests including finding the last available room with two single beds for us, and concierge initiatives in helping us with our luggage storage way before our check in. Very convenient near location to airport and near to metro connecting to downtown. Also providing customers with early morning breakfast food grab and go choice to suit very early morning flight departure needs.
