Met our expectations - staff was friendly!

I expected the room to be a little larger by looking at its price, otherwise there was no problem at all.

Nancy and front desk staff were excellent in helping me with everything. Breakfast and happy hour was great. Location is in a good location if business in this area . 20 min ride to Shekou . Many restaurants close by .

Very clean and comfortable, will stay there again if possible.

I spent a couple of nights here when I went on a business trip. Good and clean rooms and I especially like the breakfast in the mornings. We had a beer in the lobby each night and the service was good.

入住过很多次，钛金卡会员的权益在这家酒店得到很好的保证。早餐丰盛，特色的除了现煮的面档还有现蒸的小笼点心。粤港美食非常特色。除此之外，今次入住要特别感谢Dennis彭代西宾客服务经理及深圳湾万怡酒店。我checkout后接到了Dennis的电话，说在房间里发现我遗失的一个小包，包里有红蓝宝石戒指等贵重首饰。Dennis全程耐心帮助我取回了物品。非常感谢，里面有对我意义很重要的一枚戒指。也很感谢当天打扫客房的Helper。Very nice hotel, amazing breakfast and I forgot some valuable rings in the room and Dennis contact me and help me find it back. There is a ring means a lot to me. Thanks a lot for the help.

Excellent Hotel, great rooms, high level service, rich buffet, high quality food mainly fresh fish and traditional Chinese dishes. Despite to its position in technology park, all city areas are at easy reach.

There is no full size mirrors in the room! Very inconvenient for the ladies!

Very solid place. Good balance between contemporary and comfort. Very nice and attentive staff. Preferable over the pricier JW Marriot and better located, at least if you have business in the neighborhood.
