Front desk staff was very nice. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Wish there would've been more fruit than just apples.

Dated. The bedroom smelled musty when we first walked in, but after that it didn't bother me. I do not like the little pillows on the bed. I like normal size pillows.

This hotel has terrible management. I booked thru Expedia a non refundable rate and contacted the hotel on 3 occasions starting one week out with Expedia trying to assist to cancel due to a medical reason. Surgery that did not allow me to travel as I was in Pain. They refused to authorize a refund. When I need to get Expedia involved and they ask you to refund my room as a courtesy exception you should do it . Wyndham corporate guest relations has been contacted to document my incident with your property. When it comes for renewal with them they may reference my situation and ask why you chose not to be compassionate to my situation? You never know. You use their name Ramada l. I’ve done my work now do yours and start treating your guests as your partners so they may return and give your property future revenue.

Everything was clean especially the bathroom. It was advertised with a bathtub and it actually had one.

The biggest issue was the lack of accessible electrical outlets. I had to move furniture just to find one. For a Ramada, I expected plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. That’s a pretty basic standard these days. Extremely frustrating.
