Leaky roof, no breakfast as promised, no coffee, police/crime activity at location, no ice in machines, people smoking, run down facilities.

Close to 15 freeway

Got here, card key didn’t initially work. No batteries in tv remote. Power blew in our room and had to be moved into a room with electrical outlet issues. Buckets catching water from ceiling everywhere.

Location and price.

The TV service. The TV faded in and out all night. The choice of Channels is terrible and you cannot even sign in to your own YouTube or Netflix accounts because the TVs are not smart TVs.

"Poor experience for a well known hotel chain"

It was near the airport, Target, and Red Robin

No elevator, go to desk to check out, the adjoining room was unlocked and someone walked in from next door when we entered our room, and nonsmoking rooms had people smoking pot in them.

"Didn't feel safe. Glad we only stayed one night."

price was good. bed was fine.

Screaming lady and people in the hallways after midnight banging on doors and being loud. I think the cops/EMS finally got called. Staff the next morning didn't even know what happened. Check in staff took a while too. Did not feel safe with my teens.
