"It was just ok."

The room was nice and the tub was amazing. It was honestly quiet inside the hotel and kinda just tucked away

There was no real direction when it came to food and their “sports bar and grill”. No appointed host. We just stood around looking lost. Until the manager or whomever came from the back and told us to just have a seat. The food was good though. Also, lack of communication between staff. Asked the Night Shift person for a late checkout today (noon instead of 11)and it wasn’t communicated to day shift nor notated as housekeeping tried entering and management called us asking when we would be checking out. It was just off putting. 2 desk members out of the 4 I communicated with were pleasant. The other 2 acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Somewhat off putting. It felt more like a family operation instead of a corporate hotel chain. I’m indifferent. Also the mattress was NOT comfortable. I could feel the springs and it was a pillow top mattress. Felt more like an old mattress.

Excellent service. Great room. Nice lil snack bar, but the bar advertised is not a bar at all... Just a room where you can gather. No band, no booze, no music. They have cable but there no tv guide so you don't know what channel for news or weather, or anything. No guide on the TV either.

Clean and spacious, wonderfully decorated lobby. Just me probably but the mattresses were very firm, too hard for my back..

"Not so great after all"

The facilitys was nice the room was disappointing for the price

The hot tub was not heated. (Main reason we had chosen this property) Ceiling fan in room did not work and looked to be mold growni g around bottom part of walk in shower and found dried blood on bed skirt the next morning and when wife mentioned this to the front deck. She didnt even care. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked off

room was smaller then I thought bathroom was just the basic shower/tub but picture showed walk in big shower For price I paid expected bigger and nicer
