The Aberdeen Dyce Hotel

Staff very friendly. Room very clean.

Didn't get a good sleep due to noise of air conditioning. Moved room at 12:46 in morning to room next door, although not as bad but still loud.

The breakfast was well organised with excellent hot food and eggs cooked to order. Owner was working along with his staff to make sure the customers were catered for in every way. Staff and owner were cheerful and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble.

If anything I had macaroni for my meal in the evening and it was not what I expected perhaps the owner could look at this and I am sure he will. I did notice someone else hadn’t eaten theirs either. My husband had the steak pie and thoroughly enjoyed it. The macaroni was just different.

Far too hot.

Considering that this is a chain-style hotel, the room was big, well laid out and comfortable. We were impressed. The bar and restaurant were fine too.

The place was a little tired in some small areas, but what do you expect from a hotel of that age?
