We love staying here! The staff is very nice and the rooms are always spacious and comfortable!

The indoor pool needs major work. It was not clean and the waterfalls that they use to have no longer work

The resort rooms are nice and clean. I liked the pools and the service was always friendly and attentive to our needs. We had an excellent ocean view room on the 6th floor and the sound proofing provided doe nice, quiet evenings. The city trolly starts right in front of the hotel, so that eliminated any need for us to use the car and fight for parking down the strip. The hotel was loaded with families and kids, so seniors wanting a more quiet adult setting, like us, you may not find it here. As far as cons, the fitness center is a small room with one treadmill, a stationary bike and stairstep along with some weights. Parking is an added $10/nite, which is ok and reasonable as it is in a covered garage. I was a bit surprised that no one monitors the pools as anyone could walk in from the beach into the pool areas. However, i could not determine if that was the case. We found the beach to be ok, with some rough waves, so we spent majority of time at the pool areas. The resort does not provide any beach chairs or setup, so a vendor offered to set us up with 2 chars and an umbrella for $69/day...NOT. Fortunately i saw this on a previous review, so we had packed our own beach chairs and umbrella Overall, a very well managed resort with very fine rooms/amenities. Service was excellent and always friendly and helpful. Guest population is typically young families with 2-3 children.

Room was clean and location was great!

There wasn’t enough parking in the garage and had to use the local 711 at times yet we got charged $10 a day for parking. The pool was never vacuumed in the 4 days we were there. They just pushed the sand into the corners. The AC broke and we woke up on a very humid morning to 80 degrees room. They did have it fixed fast. However, they were having a lot of AC problems. The hallways did not have AC and would reach extremely high temps. We were just told it was broken. Our room was never serviced and I needed to call for more towels and to take garbage out. They were quick to respond which we did appreciate! The bathrooms were exceptionally small and had very weird double doors that opened into the bathroom leaving so much less space. This was one of the more expensive hotels it was not worth the price.

There was an abundance of things to do for our children while there, from the kids kamp to the pools. The suite was very spacious and the layout was great with a huge bathroom!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our whole stay. They went above and beyond for us with anything we needed, just can’t say enough good things about them! The location worked very well for us, having our small grandchildren with us the beach wasn’t as crowded at the north end and they were able to truly enjoy playing in the sand. Traffic wasn’t bad either on this end of the beach and there is a convenience store right across from the hotel. This will be our new go to spot every year!!

Old hotel that needs lots of maintenance done. Customer service was very lackluster. They didn’t clean the pool very well. Elevator is absolutely terrible
