A lovely big and clean room in a great central area, perfect for a trip to the Arena. Check in was done on tge phone very easily. The room was superclean with quality toiletries in the bathroom. Coffee/tea facility is a nice extra. Convenience store just opposite. FABULOUS WI FI!!

There is nobody in reception. Everything is managed online or by phone but globaly we are very satisfied with the hotel.

The “room with ensuite” is located in a multistorey building. The check-in time on Expedia states 2pm but the manager/owner informed us it is a mistake and is actually 3pm. A general notice on the back of the room door states check-in as 3pm. We arrived at 1:30pm, expecting to check in at 2pm. There is no concierge or reception on site so we phoned the manager/property owner. We were granted access, remotely, to the building and the “lobby” area for the 2 rooms let out by this property owner and advised could wait in lobby. He said the cleaner would be attending to clean out the room for us and we would have the room at 3pm. He offered us the possibility to leave our luggage in the lobby area and come back later to collect the key from the cleaner. We did not feel confident to do this, since neither the main door to the building or the lobby area could be locked. Essentially, any random person off the street could walk into the building, take the stairs to the lobby, and help themself to left luggage. So we chose not to take this risk and waited for the cleaner. We stayed 1 night, and not once in the entire stay, was it possible to lock the door to the lobby or main door. Only secure place is the room. There are no written instructions, in any language, anywhere, how to lock either of these doors. This is a major fail! Single sheet on main bed, no other blankets/covers available to use, so chilly night, in summer. No UHT mik to have with the black tea available in room.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Para el check in requerimos llamar para que nos dieran el acceso, pero todo fue muy fácil. La habitación está maravillosa, con cafetera y excelente vista. La cama estaba excelente.

Siamo arrivati alle 17 abbiamo citofonato ma purtroppo nessuno ha risposto; abbiamo dovuto telefonare al proprietario (con tariffa roaming!) per farci aprire il portone. La stanza era ancora sporca e in disordine, i precedenti ospiti erano partiti tardi e nessuno eran arrivato a sistemare. Siamo rientrati tardi dopo il concerto di Elton John, e ci siamo accorti che in stanza avevano lasciato solo 1 asciugamano per 3 persone. Neanche nell'altra stanza (che era vuota) ce n'erano a disposizione! Non c'era neanche un tappetino per asciugare i piedi uscendo dalla bella e grande doccia. Il telecomando della TV non funzionava. Si poteva fare un caffè o un thé, ma non c'erano cucchiaini.....Carta igienica solo 1/2 rotolo... Insomma abbiamo dovuto un po' arrangiarci! La notte é tranquilla, i letti comodi ma in mattinata il traffico nella strada é davvero molto rumoroso. Stanza e bagno spaziosi.

Hormis la nécessité d'appeler au téléphone pour se faire ouvrir, tout était parfait
