Very good sized, comfortable room. All are on the ground floor I think. Great nights sleep. Easy parking and very enjoyable meal in the pub. Much better than other pub stops we have done

Cleanliness of accommodation, friendliness of staff, excellent service.

A beautiful place to stay with loads of character and great staff. Booked as we were guests at a wedding 10 minute drive away. Food was lovely and the staff were exceptional

The mattress was uncomfortable and there was no hot water for an evening shower - both were advised to one of the lovely managers and we have no doubt will not be an issue moving forward

We booked this property on a Saturday for the next day to break our home on the strength of its reviews. We were not disappointed! Our room was excellent with access onto a lawned area. There was a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, and milk available which was very welcome. The evening meal was superb and the breakfast too which was included in our booking. The staff were faultless. The hotel was very conveniently situated near the M5 in a beautiful rural area with some pleasant walks nearby. We managed to fit in a visit to Elgar’s birthplace just down the road which was very interesting. Overall, superb.

There were no negative aspects.
