Atendimento da recepção funcionários bem educado

Cheguei na quita feira dia 16/04 a área de lazer a piscina estava suja só foi ser limpa no sábado ou seja não pude desfrutar da piscina do hotel a limpeza dos quartos só fazia troca as toalhas limpeza do banheiro e do piso do quarto não foi feita nenhum dia OBS DA ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE FUI LA EM 2023 FOI TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE PÔ ISSO VOLTEI MAIS DESSA AGORA DEUXOU MUITO A DESEJA

Atendimento dos funcionários

Alguns apontamentos como a tv que não aumentou o volume e não tinha controle remoto disponível ,a piscina deixa um pouco a desejar e o quarto que eu fiquei hospedado também deixou a desejar salão de jogos também deixa a desejar faltando peças e a internet que não estava pegando no quarto.e também sem serviço de TV a cabo poderia melhorar.
