AUThe facility was fine. The receptionist was confused with the charges applicable. Had to pay in cash.
Confusion by the reception lady as she was confused with applicable charges when this was already stated in the booking confirmation. Anyway, we got a refund the next day when I pointed out what the error was. She did not understand the English language and used a translator machine to convert Chinese to English. We got a refund the next day. So all was well.
