We were thankfull that they let us in at 9.30 at night as we got held up by traffic driving from Rome.

Better communication on how the locks of all the doors work. Should not be called Bed and Breakfast - we were expecting to sit down for breakfast with coffee not just a Italian sweet in the fridge in the room. We had to go to the bar for coffee as there are no facilities in the room to make coffee. We had problems with hot water in the shower - went cold while my husband was showering. I did speak to the owner but was told this is because we all showered together.... we were all out when this happened to my husband.... it did return after about 5 min ... very uncomfortable as it is winter... Location is not easy to find even with Google Maps.
