Staff was helpful

Sheets was torn and bed was not clean had black marks on sheets and bed was abit to soft and felt was rolling off bed.

Neat clean and safe. James was so friendly and helpful. So was Annah. Bed were very comfortable and unit was so clean.

Kettle was rusty. A little more space for the shower and toilet area as well as kitchen.
