"Lovely guest house"

Great facilities, fridge in lounge downstairs, plates, wine glasses and cutlery so you can enjoy takeaway & refrigerate leftovers. Lovely owners, exceptional breakfast.

Only 3 car spaces and a workmen that was staying there parked right across them one day. But there is free parking nearby. We were in a triple room, so I didn’t have a bedside unit to put my cup of tea or wine glass on as the extra bed took up the space. I’d want a double next time, with units each side.

La sympathie des hôtes. La chambre spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue qui est très passante.

Wonderful stay - one of the best breakfasts I have ever had too. Definitely worth visiting if you are near Perth. Great location too.

"Exceeded expectations, best breakfast we’ve had for years!"

Welcomed us before arriving, organised parking, and confirmed any special needs. Explained how access worked and where everything was. Breakfast was a hearty 10/10 - a wide range and quite frankly enough volume to feed you for the whole day!

Genuinely nothing, the hosts made sure you were well looked after.
