Le Haute Hotel

This is an excellent hotel and we’d highly recommend it. Very well kept, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are large. There's a mini fridge, safe, and smart TV in the room. A/C worked well. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. As with every hotel bathroom, it could use more hooks! There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but no lotion (which is typical for asia). Breakfast was good, mostly vietnamese-style foods, since haiphong doesn’t see a lot of western tourists: congee, fish noodle soup, rice, noodles, fruit, eggs to order, toast, jam, tea, and coffee. Very nice staff and accommodating, but very little english. I don't think haiphong sees a lot of tourists 😊 Outside of the hotel, all of the staff at the restaurants we went to seemed very unhappy. It's a bit of a tougher sort of town.

Breakfast could have more western options, but if they're not getting western tourists, then that's understandable.

La piscine est vide et n’est pas utilisable mais nous ne le savions pas en avance… Lors de la réservation j’ai notifié que nous venions avec un enfant de 3 ans mais sur place ils n’avaient aucun lit d’appoint ou lit bébé à proposer. Rien. C’est dommage et c’est à savoir ! L’hôtel est magnifique mais il ne faut pas déplacer de meuble dans la chambre… assez sale

Ks phòng đẹp , nhân viên cực kì dễ thương hỗ trợ chu đáo . Ks rất ok luôn nhất định sẽ quay lại dịp khác
