Hotel Arcoiris

Affordable no frills in a good location if you want to be close to the action. The staff was the brightest spot of my stay. It’s a cute, charming property but the rooms, especially the bathrooms could use some updating.

Hotel Arcoiris is a great spot, the hotel itself is wonderful. Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The wifi is crap but that's the same anywhere you go in Zicatela. Nothing wrong with this hotel... Except that it's next to clubs that start playing music at 11pm and continue all night, bass that is so loud it vibrates through earplugs. Didn't sleep for 6 nights, shame.

Great classic Spanish style property. Tired but clean with nice pool and gardens. Included breakfast was nice with views across to the beach. Sadly the non stop deep hum of base music from neighbouring bars went from 9pm to past 3am nightly. Ear plugs helped.

Nice hotel, but very loud in the nights (parties next door until 3am). Pool area was wonderful and we had the area almost for ourself the whole time. Breakfast was terrible and VERY basic: no juice, no fruit, no milk for the coffee…

After 4 attempts, late at night my friend in our 2nd room finally got a room that the AC worked. Will stay somewhere else next trip thru...

The place is run down & shabby. The property itself is beautiful but the structures are derelict. Tear them down & start over

Place is kind of run down, biggest issue, their is an outdoor club across the street that blast reggeaton till 5am. Don’t do it

This hotel was really amazing. The location was perfect right on the beach with lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The pool is BEAUTIFUL and they let us use it after we checked out while we waitied for our transport

I liked the location. The pool was great. Having a restaurant on the property was great. The room was large and the deck was large had a beautiful view.

Nothing no air conditioning no Tv no phone drapes where see through staff wasn’t friendly at all there were tree leafs all over the place sink was cracked toilet seat all loose and staff couldn’t find my reservation because I did it with Travelocity and it was done under Expedia so not happy at all would not recommend this place.
