"I had an enjoyable experience at Hotel Burbank."

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was in walking distance of good restaurants. The lounge was also nice, but the furniture was quite dusty. I enjoyed the quality drinks at the bar while watching a basketball game. All in all it was a nice stay.

The location was great and accessible to many attractions. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff was great and very accommodating and provided good information about the hotel. We did not have a lot of time to spend at the hotel, but we got a good night's sleep at the hotel and enjoyed our time there.

I would like to recognize Helena at the front desk and Dennis, Director of Operations, for their outstanding service and hospitality. I was originally scheduled to stay at the Hilton on May 19, but upon arrival, I was informed that my room had been given to another guest—even though I had booked it months in advance. As a result, the Hilton relocated me to Hotel Burbank, and I am so grateful they did. From the moment I arrived, Helena and Dennis made me feel welcome and ensured my stay was a positive experience. Hotel Burbank has a unique, eclectic charm that immediately stood out. One of my favorite features was the spacious café and bar area, which is the perfect place to relax with a coffee or another beverage. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, inviting, and genuinely enjoyable. What began as an unexpected inconvenience turned into a wonderful discovery. I highly recommend Hotel Burbank to anyone visiting the area, and I will absolutely be staying there again in the future.
