Czystość, wyposażenie lokalu, kontakt z wynajmującym. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie.

Problem wieczorem z parkowaniem. Parking przynależny do bloku ma 6-8 miejsc. Jeśli wracasz późnym wieczorem - może być problem. W okolicy nie ma praktycznie nic , gdzie można zostawić auto. Co doradzę - ulica Marcowa za Lidlem. Jest kilka miejsc , w których ja się ratowalem. To taki jedyny mały minusik.

Super lokalizacja, dobry dojazd komunikacją po mieście, blisko dużo sklepów, parking pod budynkiem, możliwość przyjechania z psem bez dodatkowych opłat. Miejsce czyste i wyposażone, kontakt z obsługą bardzo dobry.

Parking jest za szlabanem, ale jest dosyć mało miejsc, dodatkowo mały parking na ulicy, w przypadku braku miejsc trzeba szukać miajsca do zaparkowania.
