Half the price of a luxury booking, twice the value. Amazing sugar cookies, views of the countryside, comfortable furniture, and a stove, sink, hot tub, shower, bathroom, fridge and freezer all in mint condition.

Truly enjoyed my stay in the Friends & Family cabin. (Bottom half of cabin,) It only has a small refrigerator but that was fine, it was what I expected. Very quiet and peaceful location. Walked into Berlin to shop & eat. It's about a mile walk. About,half of the walk is done with no sidewalks. I felt completely safe walking by myself. Great directions and easy check in & out. Plan to return in the future.

"Nice, convenient cabin "

Pros - Communication and directions were wonderful. Property was clean and well decorated. Front porch area was relaxing. Had grill, fire pit, and chairs available. Close to town. Cons - The mattresses on both beds are in desperate need of replacement. We did not sleep well and woke up with sore backs.
