I enjoyed having amenities inside the room such as a small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker (w/coffee, tea, etc.), and TV. It was a nice convenience.

Considering the room rates, a complimentary basic continental breakfast would have been a nice touch. Also, since I was dressing for a wedding on Saturday, a full length mirror would have been appreciated. My son-in-law went to Walmart and purchased one for me which I left in the room for future guests.

The owners were very accommodating when i let them know that we had addition guests with us because of our daughters wedding. Also, they were understanding when i let them know there would be a wedding photographer here while the bride got ready. They do advicate for their guests when it comes to parking . They want to make sure their guests have their parking. Parking is limited. Overall we had a great time. The location is not far from downtown Evergreen.

Easy check in and easy access to the room. No key card to keep track of. There was a key pad that we personalized to us. We entered our own code to remember.

"We I’ll definitely stay again. The hosts were friendly and helpful with giving advice on where to eat and shop for groce"

It was close to town and main roads. The had all the necessary items for cooking. Loved the arrangement and deck. The gas fireplace was warm and cozy and heated the whole apt.

We like fresh towels ea morning. Not enough wash clothes. No washer/dryer.

Excellent! My 2nd stay in 8 months. On the weekends the traffic can get a little noisy, but totally tolerable. Beautiful property and super comfortable beds
