Royal Guest House II

Room was ok, a little old fashioned but clean and tidy. In all honesty I cannot give much in the like side of this review, the room was acceptable, described as having a seating area, technically it did, an armchair in the corner, has a dining table, this was what I would describe as a small coffee table, not one you could sit at with a dining chair and the room was not in the main building where most of the described facilities are located.

Guest house II is not part of the same building where most advertised facilities are located, ad says microwave (in room?), actually it is communal and located on the second floor of the main building 70 odd meters down the road, many of the facilities were not available to me as the key I was given did not give entry to the main building where they are located. Advertised as speaking English, not in evidence when I arrived, very broken "send message to owner" advice given when tried to resolve some issues. I paid for a 3 bed room, was allocated a smaller double room, was offered to move on day 2 when message reply received, had I realised all facilities were in the other building I probably would have done so, I didnt at the time not knowing this and it was only for 4 days and I didnt "need" but had paid for the larger room, but if available to move me to, why was I not allocated the room paid for. If you are aware of the above and pay accordingly room was ok. Parking can be a bit challenging as yes its free, but on street and in a residential area so gets full quite early on.

clean, comfortable beds, good location for hospital visits

receptionist spoke little German, wanted cash to extend stay and more than price on booking.com. it became awkward and too complicated we moved hotels

Very friendly staff and understanding, made our long trip finally easy and welcomed. Very very clean! Very well positioned a supermarket,bakery 5 min walking. When passing by we will definitely stay here, can recommend.

The staff was very nice and the room was very big and clean.

Unfortunately it was very cold in the room, even if the heating was on
