We stayed here as a family of four, and the owners were so kind that they upgraded us to apartments. Even though it’s technically a hostel, I honestly haven’t enjoyed a stay this much in a very long time. Every evening there was something happening downstairs – live music, DJ techno parties, exhibitions, and other events. We spent 6 days here and never got bored. The breakfasts were simple, but thoughtfully prepared. If I ever come back to the city, I wouldn’t even look for a hotel – I’d stay here again without hesitation. The location is perfect, right in the city centre with everything nearby. The building itself is incredibly authentic – it feels more like living inside a museum than a hostel. Honestly, during our stay we couldn’t find a single downside.

The building is wonderful, just walkin on the corridors makes you feel like time travel. There is always an art exhibition in the garden and the people working there are all so nice and friendly!
