The team arranged our airport transfer. Although we were delayed getting to the driver, he was patiently waiting for us & was friendly, helpful & informative throughout the journey, which we really appreciated. Despite an initially awkward drop-off due to street access, hotel staff quickly came to collect us & helped with our bags, immediately putting us at ease. The hotel looks exactly like the photos, with a lovely pool - small but ideal for cooling off & relaxing, especially on a hot day. Although located in the old town, this only adds to the authenticity of the experience. You’re right in the heart of Marrakech’s architecture, culture, hustle & bustle; yet once you step inside the riad, it becomes serene & peaceful, exactly what you need after a full day of exploring. Our room was clean, comfortable & well presented, with cozy bedding. The bathroom was clean & tidy, though the shower temperature was inconsistent, easily resolved. Breakfast was varied & delicious each morning, with attentive staff who were always happy to offer more at no extra cost. We also enjoyed an evening meal & wished we had done so from day one - it was authentic, freshly prepared & absolutely delicious. I asked for the baked goods recipe, that says a lot 🙂. Most importantly, the staff truly made our stay. We were genuinely well looked after from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Fatima & Bouchra, two amazing ladies & to Elias & Samir, true gentlemen. Your warmth, attention to detail, kindness & exceptional service did not go unnoticed & made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We will most certainly return.

The doors were quite noisy. It was nearly impossible to open or close them quietly, which could be disruptive for other guests & at times felt like a bit of a wrestling match but the good outweighs this negative.

Personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Eten was van goede kwaliteit! Overheerlijke tajines.

Kille, koude kamer. Kamer 10 Douche levensgevaarlijk heet! Niet te mengen. Douche slang kon je niet zonder handdoek eromheen vasthouden bij het mengen naar de juiste temperatuur. Je kon hem ook niet ophangen. Te hoog en teveel water overlast dan. Kamer klein en geen mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten. Nergens een haakje om iets op te hangen. Ook niet op de badkamer. Wel kleerkast met kleerhangers.

Es tranquilo, el desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy amable.

No es como en las fotos. No es tan blanco, un poco de mantenimiento no le vendría mal.

Un très bon accueil par l'équipe. De très bon plats typiques. Un riad magnifique aux couleurs du Maroc. A découvrir !!

Personale sempre disponibile, accogliente. Colazione veramente buona e completa, struttura con una bellissima architettura.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful, especially Ilyas, Samir, Bushra, and Fatimah. Managers were very friendly too and very respectful. All workers were exceptionally helpful and kind. The riad was aesthetically pleasing and a good location, everything was walking distance.

The showers had some issues, drainage was not the best. The room was a bit smaller than expected.
