Riad Oriental Glory & Spa

La gentillesse et l’écoute (+ l’humour aha) du personnel Le Riad est très mignon et soigné Le petit déjeuné au top, nous avons également manger au Riad un soir et on s’est régalé!

Pas d’eau chaude pour notre douche (mais pas trop dérangeant c’est tiède/ froid)

The overall decor was lovely and the food we had was good

There was an flying ants nest right next to our bed, so we had bugs crawling all over us as we tried to sleep. The shower was barely working (three ish harsh jets of water). The sheets were dirty with some kind of mould (?) on the bed sheet. The pool surface was covered with dirt and dead flies. When we spoke to the manager he was frankly rude and didn’t believe us until we showed him photos. His solution was to simply hand us some ant killer and walk off (this was toxic and clearly stated you could not be in the room in which it was sprayed for several hours). When we said that we could not stay here for the night the manager tried charging us a tourist tax for seven nights even though we only were staying four (none of which we actually stayed at the riad). Then laughed at us when we asked for a refund considering we hadn’t even stayed one night. He simply stated no one ever gets a refund and laughed. I applied for a refund through booking.com and they didn’t even give me the decency of a response, simply rejected the refund. Never stay here if you want a relaxing stay in Marrakesh.

Le Riad en lui-même (son architecture) est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est passable.

Une impression de manque de propreté à cause du vieux linge. Les serviettes ont perdu leur blancheur, pareil pour les draps. Et le plaid utilisé sur le lit a des tâches. Même si c’est lavé, ça donne l’impression d’être sale.
